My husband and friends stayed at Kabalana House for just over a week. It was the most amazing experience. Charith and the rest of the staff were so accommodating and friendly and catered to every need. The location is stunning, the villa is very well kept and having the beach on your doorstep was amazing. Location wise, it was around a 3-5 minute tuktuk to Ahangama where there are lots of lovely cafes and sunset drink spots. The food prepared by Prasad the chef at the villa was amazing - I would highly recommend doing a barbecue at the villa as the food was delicious. Our entire group became obsessed with the chocolate mousse desert which Prasad made. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the villa or the team! Hope to come again soon to make more memories.

We stayed at the K1 villa 4 nights at the end of our 4 week trip throughout Sri Lanka! This was the perfect end of our trip, we could’ve stayed way longer at this very unique and nice place! Not only the villa is great obviously with the great pool, open living area and big table to play games with the kids and have drinks! The location is great, out of the busy area but still within minutes you are at the beach or nice cafes like Ceylon Slider, Cactus, Mermaids etc The pool is amazing! Also for the little ones! A special thanks for the amazing staff, super friendly, great service! Yet they are located in a separate building in between of the villas they respect the privacy very well but are ready once you want! Also the cleaning is amazing, when you go out to the beach they clean everything so you arrive in a clean villa again Chef Bandara with his colleague makes the perfect breakfast and deliver an amazing job with the dinners! Really good restaurant quality and we loved it! Also the supervisor, Dissa, and the other staff members were amazing! We came to Sri Lanka to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday, and staying at Kabalana House by Ceilao Villas truly made the celebration even more special. It was, without a doubt, one of the most amazing stay experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally outstanding. The villa is absolutely beautiful, with a breathtaking beachfront location and the most incredible views. The entire property is maintained exceptionally well, and every little detail makes you feel comfortable and cared for. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Their warmth, genuine hospitality, and the personal care they took of us throughout our stay were simply exceptional. A special thank you to Charith and the entire team for making us feel so welcome and at home. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and we especially loved the authentic Sri Lankan meals prepared with so much love and attention. You could genuinely taste the care that went into every dish. Kabalana House is highly, highly recommended, especially if you are travelling with a big group. It was the perfect place to celebrate, relax, and create beautiful memories We are definitely coming back to Sri Lanka — and especially to Kabalana House!

Our stay at The Suite by Ceilao Villas couldn’t have been more perfect. The place itself was perfect for a couple, with ample privacy without feeling too small or too big for just two people. The facilities like the pool and bathroom are perfect and the resting areas are comfy and tastefully decorated. The experience was taken to the next level because of the service. Chef Bandara and his team worked tirelessly to make sure we were taken care of and had all our needs met, especially with the food. Every meal was absolutely perfect, and the portions were great as well. Chef Bandara showed immense care in his preparation of the food as well as making accommodations for us based on our preferences for every single meal. He set the bar sky high for every meal and somehow our expectations were always exceeded. The location is great as well, with the town not too far away and the ocean within touching distance of the villa.
